Through this page it is possible to consult the frequently asked questions and the relative answers regarding visits and diagnostic instrumental tests that can be booked online.

User Area – Booking Management

To activate the user area simply click on the Link (User Area Activation) received by email at the time of acceptance of the reservation.
In the event that the Email does not arrive within a few minutes of the end of the booking, we suggest you check the junk mail or Spam.

The user area allows you to do the following:

  1. Edit user profile data
  2. Make new bookings
  3. Cancel a reservation
  4. Move and/or reschedule a reservation
  5. Permanently delete your personal data from the Booking Portal in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

COVID-19 Rapid Buffer

The complete process (patient acceptance, invoice and examination) takes no more than 10 minutes.

The report is issued within 60 minutes of completing the exam and sent to the email address communicated upon acceptance. Furthermore, in the following hours, the patient will receive via SMS the code (NRFE) with which it will be possible to download the Green Pass.

It is not necessary for the patient to wait for the outcome of the report as it will be sent by email to the address communicated upon acceptance.

COVID-19 Serological Test

The complete process (patient acceptance, invoice and examination) takes no more than 10 minutes.

The report is issued within 60 minutes of completing the exam and sent to the email address communicated upon acceptance. N.B. Unlike the Quick Swab, the Serological Test does not allow you to obtain the Green Pass.

It is not necessary for the patient to wait for the outcome of the report as it will be sent by email to the address communicated upon acceptance.
